We hire fewer, slower, deeper.

We'd rather wait six months for the right person than hire three okay ones to “move fast.”

Real names, real work.

We use real names internally too. No anonymous Slacks. The same culture you see externally.

Outcome > output.

We don't measure tickets closed. We measure whether the thing we shipped made the platform better.

Quiet on weekends.

Saturdays we close, by intent. Sundays are church for many of us. Burnout is a product failure.
